Chair Message

Cameron-photobysteve2The 19th Annual Taste of Claremont, sponsored by the Claremont Rotary Foundation, is scheduled for April 28, 2018 at the Claremont Colleges Services. Tickets for the event can be purchased from this website, or from local vendors and Rotarians.

With over 800 guests in attendance at last year’s festive event, The Taste of Claremont 2017 was a smashing success. More than 30 local restaurants, wineries, and breweries proudly provided samples of their wares. Guests were treated to live music, an art exhibition, raffle prizes and a strolling magician. Through the generous support of our guests and sponsors, we raised over $45,000.00 for the Foundation, which directly benefits charitable organizations in our community and internationally.

I invite you to dine, enjoy the live music, and spend an evening with your friends at the 19th Annual Taste of Claremont, knowing your participation will support local and global efforts to help those in need. This year’s event will feature more delicious food, wine and craft beer from our local establishments. Returning guests will be pleased to see many familiar vendors from prior events along with some new vendors and new treats. Work by local renowned artists will be on display and for sale in the north lobby. A cornucopia of raffle prizes will be available on the patio.

A set of live Jazz music will kick off the evening. Later, The Amazing Tonebenders and their brand of danceable Rock & Pop will beckon you to the dance floor.

The proceeds from this event go to the Claremont Rotary Foundation. The following is a list of organizations and projects which are currently receiving support from the Foundation.
